Cori Gauff and Magda Linette faced off again this Sunday, just over a month after their clash in Miami, which had gone the Polish player's way.

This time, on the clay courts of Rome, it was the American who emerged victorious with a score of 7-5, 6-3. She advances to the Round of 16 in Rome for the 4th time in her career.

Next, she will face either Veronika Kudermetova or Emma Raducanu.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
