Gracheva, Parry, Paquet, Boisson, and Jeanjean Set to Compete at the Saint-Malo Tournament
Next week, starting April 28, Saint-Malo will host its WTA 125 tournament, which was won last year by Lois Boisson. On this occasion, former world No. 1 Naomi Osaka will be in Ille-et-Vilaine after receiving a wild card.
That’s not all—French women’s tennis will be strongly represented, as Varvara Gracheva, Diane Parry, Chloé Paquet, and Léolia Jeanjean will all be present to compete in the main draw.
After a standout performance in Rouen, Tiantsoa Rakotomanga Rajaonah will receive a wild card, as will defending champion Loïs Boisson.
Other French players will compete in the qualifying rounds: Elsa Jacquemot, Jessika Ponchet, Fiona Ferro, and Manon Léonard. The four Frenchwomen will aim to join the main draw, ensuring a strong French presence next week.
