Hénin on the end of collaboration between Murray and Djokovic: "I'm not surprised"
Justine Hénin, now a consultant for Eurosport, commented on the end of the collaboration between Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic, announced this Tuesday.
She stated: "I’m not surprised by this decision. But we thought they might still go to Wimbledon together. After the Australian Open, they were questioning whether they still wanted to work together.
But did they really expect something? Djokovic knew for sure that Murray would be useful, but it was also an attempt to bring something fresh, telling himself that with Andy, he had to find that motivation, to offer it to him.
He’s probably thinking about that, about his motivation, and that’s why he made this decision now."
