Ugo Humbert puts in a top-class performance.
After two very easy opening matches, the Frenchman faced his first real test of the week.
Facing Jack Draper, ranked 20th in the world and Hurkacz's winner in the previous round, Humbert didn't miss a beat.
At the end of a very high-level first act, the French No.1 managed to be more opportunistic than his opponent on the important points.
Hitting the ball hard and continuing to play very aggressive tennis, he took the first set (7-5) before seeing Draper give up physically (7-5, 2-1 ab.).
Having qualified for the semi-finals, he will now attempt to secure his place in the final against another rising star on the circuit, Tomas Machac.
