Hurkacz announces Massu and Lendl as his new coaches
Hubert Hurkacz announced this Friday that Nicolas Massu and Ivan Lendl will be his new coaches for 2025. The Pole was formerly coached by Craig Boynton, a partnership that lasted from March 2019 until the US Open 2024.
Massu had previously coached Dominic Thiem, while Lendl has long been Andy Murray's mentor and also, for a short time, Alexander Zverev's.
The arrival of these two tennis greats underlines Hurkacz's ambitions for 2025, having endured a rather complicated 2024 season due to an injury sustained at Wimbledon.
He dropped out of the top 10 and finished this year in 16th place.
