I love Goran, but I don't think I'm the favorite against Alcaraz and Sinner right now," Djokovic responds to his former coach Ivanisevic's comments

Novak Djokovic advanced to the Wimbledon quarterfinals by defeating Alex De Minaur in four sets (1-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4).
The match wasn't entirely smooth for the seven-time champion, who had a far-from-ideal start before gradually finding his rhythm. During the press conference, Djokovic was asked about recent remarks from his former coach Goran Ivanisevic, who named him the tournament favorite over Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner:
"I love Goran, and I'm happy to see he loves me too. But I don't think I'm the favorite against these guys at the moment. I think they both are. But I have my best chance here against them. If I have to face one or both of them—which I hope happens—it would mean I've reached the final. Then I'll do my best to win.
I truly believe I have a chance. There's no doubt about that. My results on grass, even in previous years, reflect the level of confidence I have on this surface. I've played very good tennis this year. I feel good, confident, and motivated to go all the way. We'll see what happens.
