"I want to write my name in history," Sinner says about his legacy

Qualified for the semifinals in Cincinnati after his victory against Auger-Aliassime (6-0, 6-2), Sinner continues his forward march with his sights set on a new title at this American Masters 1000 event.
With 25 consecutive wins on hard courts, the Italian seems to be following in the footsteps of the Big 4. Although flattered by the comparison, the world No. 1 still wants to carve his own path.
"It’s an honor for me, but I can’t compare myself to the Big 4. They are on a different level. But I’m happy because I want to leave my mark and be able to write my name in history. To write my own story."
For a spot in the final, Sinner will face the tournament’s surprise player, Atmane. The Frenchman, ranked 136th in the ATP, has knocked out two top 10 players (Fritz and Rune) on his way.
