It's very emotional, even though I didn't cry," Sinner reflects on his Wimbledon title

Jannik Sinner won Wimbledon this Sunday for the first time in his career.
The Italian got his revenge against Carlos Alcaraz in the final, after losing to him in the Roland-Garros final despite being two sets ahead and holding three match points.
A sweet revenge for Sinner, who spoke about it in the press conference: "It's very emotional, even though I didn't cry. I was very moved because only my close ones and I know what I've been through on and off the court, and it wasn't easy.
We tried to give everything in every training session. It was tough at times, especially mentally. During matches, I can just switch off and play. I think that helped me a lot.
Sharing this moment with my family, who are all here, is the most incredible thing that could happen to me. In Paris, only my mother was there, and it was still an amazing feeling.
But here, my mother, my father, my brother, the whole team—not just the coaches—it's an unbelievable feeling.
