Juan Carlos Ferrero warns his player: "It will be a battle like last year".

Juan Carlos Ferrero warns his player: It will be a battle like last year.

Carlos Alcaraz will be looking to repeat his immense performance of last year.

Having beaten Djokovic in last year's final, he will be aiming to repeat that result this Sunday.

When asked about this, Juan Carlos Ferrero, the Spanish prodigy's coach, was keen to warn his player: "It's going to be a battle like last year. I told Carlos that it would be another five hours, so the mental level has to be very high, as does the preparation.

Djokovic has managed to play at a good level again and, most importantly for him, he has managed to be at a pretty good level physically very quickly in the tournament. He's stepped up his game. You can see him gliding along easily without certain gestures that might mean he's not at 100%".
