Keys: "I don't need to win a Grand Slam to see that I've done a good job".

Madison Keys has qualified for the semi-finals of the Australian Open by beating Elina Svitolina.
Accustomed to big matches in major tournaments, the American has never won a Grand Slam.
She reacted to this in the press conference: "If I could go back, I'd tell myself to try and enjoy it more, maybe try not to put so much pressure on myself.
There were a few moments in my career when I dwelt too much on the fact that I hadn't achieved certain goals, thinking that maybe I wouldn't get that chance again.
Now I'm at a point where I really appreciate my career; I appreciate what I've been, I don't need to win a Grand Slam to see that I've done a good job, that I've given it my all.
However, that's still my goal, but I recognize that there have been times in my career when I've felt that if I didn't win one, it meant I hadn't done enough, that I wasn't living up to my potential.
That thought takes a lot of the fun out of the game; sometimes I'd feel paralyzed on the court, as if I needed something like that to happen instead of giving myself the opportunity to make it happen."
Keys will face Iga Swiatek in the Australian Open semi-finals.
