Krejcikova withdraws from Eastbourne, Gracheva automatically advances to semifinals
Barbora Krejcikova and Varvara Gracheva were set to face off this Thursday for a spot in the semifinals of the Eastbourne tournament.
However, due to injury, the Czech player was forced to withdraw, automatically qualifying the Frenchwoman for the semifinals.
This advancement also marks Gracheva’s return to the Top 100, which she had dropped out of a few weeks ago.
She will face either Alexandra Eala or Dayana Yastremska in the semifinals.
