Petra Kvitova, absent from the WTA Tour since the end of the 2023 season, gave birth to a baby boy last year in July.

According to the latest news about the player from a Czech tennis podcast, she is considering a return to competition this season, as she plans to fly to the USA soon with her husband and coach Jiri Vanek to train and assess her level of play.

The former world No. 2 could soon be one of the many active mothers on the WTA circuit, like Naomi Osaka, Victoria Azarenka, Elina Svitolina and Belinda Bencic.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
