During the Golden Canary ceremony (from the Czech 'Zlatý Kanár'), the former professional player, now 35 years old, received a bouquet of flowers, before being able to watch a compilation of the best moments of her career in a video shown in the room: "It was very nice, especially the way they edited the footage from my childhood.
Of course, at the moment, my hormones are playing even more tricks on me than usual, so it moved me even more. There was also a photo of my parents. They were so proud when I won Wimbledon for the first time. I am very grateful to them," Kvitova reacted to Tennis Up To Date.
