Madrid Draw: Djokovic in Alcaraz's Section, Potential Rune-Zverev Semifinal

This Monday, the draw for the Madrid Masters 1000 took place. The top two seeds are Alexander Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz.
Zverev’s section includes Arthur Fils and Holger Rune. The German is expected to face the Frenchman in the round of 16.
The winner could then meet the defending champion, Andrey Rublev, in the quarterfinals, setting up a potential semifinal clash against Taylor Fritz, Casper Ruud, or Rune.
In the bottom half, Alcaraz could face Tomas Machac or Grigor Dimitrov in the round of 16, followed by a potential quarterfinal against Alex de Minaur or Stefanos Tsitsipas.
He might then cross paths with Djokovic in the semifinals, provided the Serbe first overcomes Jack Draper, Tommy Paul, or Matteo Berrettini in the quarterfinals.
On the French side, Gaël Monfils will face a qualifier, as will Corentin Moutet. Benjamin Bonzi will take on Marin Cilic, Arthur Rinderknech will meet Roman Safiullin, Alexandre Müller will play David Goffin, and Quentin Halys will face Luciano Darderi.
