Masters 1000 Monte-Carlo: Without Sinner but with Djokovic, Alcaraz, and Zverev

The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, which will take place from April 5 to 13, has unveiled the official list of participants for the tournament.

During a press lunch organized on March 11 at the Hôtel de Poulpry in Paris, the tournament director David Massey announced the players who will compete in the first Masters 1000 of the year on clay.

For its 118th edition, the Monaco tournament will welcome nine of the top 10 players, including:

Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, Taylor Fritz, Novak Djokovic, Casper Ruud, Daniil Medvedev, Andrey Rublev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Alex de Minaur.

The only major absentee is world number one Jannik Sinner, who is suspended for doping and will not be participating.

On the French side, Ugo Humbert, Arthur Fils, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, Gaël Monfils, and Alexandre Muller will try their luck on "Le Rocher."

It should be noted that the draw for the final bracket will take place on April 4.
