Andy Murray will not face Novak Djokovic in the 2nd round on Geneva clay. The Briton lost to Germany's Yannick Hanfmann on Tuesday (7-5, 6-2) in a match that started on Monday but was interrupted by rain when he was trailing 7-5, 4-1.
Murray made his return to competition last week at the Challenger 175 in Bordeaux after an absence of a month and a half. He had twisted his ankle (ruptured ligaments) in the 3rd round of the Miami Masters 1000 on March 25. The Scot hasn't faced Djokovic in an official match since the Doha final in January 2017, over 7 years ago.
