It was the event of the day. Rafael Nadal's return to competition in Barcelona. In a fine match, Rafa calmly overcame Flavio Cobolli (6-2, 6-3 in 1 hour 24 minutes). The Spaniard, who returns to the court on Wednesday to face Alex De Minaur, spoke of his successful comeback.

Rafael Nadal: "It's happened to me many times in my career to try and get back to my best (after injury). But being older makes it even more complicated.

I'm going through difficult times, but at the same time, when I'm able to be well for 2-3 days, train with the guys and play at a competitive level, it's enjoyable enough for me to keep going."

I propose the following changes to the rules:

1...a walķover will not be a loss. We have no control of player's health. If he or she is entered in a contest we expect them to play.

2...an incomplete match is not a loss. If a player forfeits we pick another match if there are more to choose.

3...this also applies if TT cancels a match. TT will not take hours to decide an outcome.

It's a shame that so many matches are being canceled. TT ,you are destroying your game ,and thereby killing your app. I don't know how many matches others have had canceled , but I'm at 3 and it's only thursday.
