Nadal back on the courts after a year
Rafael Nadal has returned to the tennis courts, after a year without playing and his last official match against Botic van de Zandschulp.

Exactly one year ago today, Rafael Nadal played the last match of his career against Botic van de Zandschulp in the Davis Cup. The Spaniard then took time to recover and rest his body, which had been put through the wringer in recent years.
This Wednesday, Rafa hit the ball again with Alexandra Eala, a resident of the Rafa Nadal Academy and currently ranked 50th in the world.

On his X account, he shared a video of the training session with a message: "One year later, what a pleasure to be back on a tennis court! It was great training with you Alexandra! Next time, I'll be stronger."
