Paris Masters 1000: Five French Players in the Draw Including Fils, Entry List Revealed
The final Masters 1000 of the season is fast approaching and will be held for the first time at La Défense.
From October 27 to November 2, the final Masters 1000 of the season will take place in Paris. For the first time, the Rolex Paris Masters is moving to La Défense after 38 years of loyal service at the Bercy arena, promising changes compared to previous editions.
In any case, this Parisian event is one of the few Masters 1000 tournaments that still takes place over one week, rather than twelve days or even two weeks as is now the case for most other tournaments in the category.
Thus, the entry list for the Paris tournament has been revealed. Five French players are guaranteed to participate thanks to their ranking: they are last year's finalist Ugo Humbert, Arthur Fils, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, Corentin Moutet, and Alexandre Muller.
Fils, still recovering from a stress fracture in his back sustained during Roland Garros, is announced to be present, but his participation will depend on his recovery, as he has not played a single official competitive match since early August in Canada.
The top 45 players in the world will be in the draw, pending the wild cards and players from the qualifiers who will complete the lineup for the 2025 edition.
As for the circuit's stars, they are all expected to be present, except for the injured Jack Draper. This includes Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev (the current title holder), Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, and Taylor Fritz. Find the list of participants for the Paris Masters 1000 below.
