Pierre-Hugues Herbert titré à Quimper !

Pierre-Hugues Herbert a remporté ce dimanche le Challenger 125 Quimper. En finale, il nettement dominé Duje Ajdukovic en 1h04 et sur le score de 6/3, 6/3. Il succède à Grégoire Barrère au palmarès.

Le Français conclut ainsi magnifiquement cette belle semaine, qui l'a vu signer notamment des victoires sur Arthur Rinderknech (7/6, 6/3) en quarts et sur Michael Mmoh (7/6, 7/5) au premier tour. C'est son premier titre depuis 2016.

Un résultat qui va aussi lui donner un grand bol d'air au Classement ATP. Pointant au 252e rang, il va faire un bond de 85 places pour se retrouver 167e mondial ce lundi.
