Polish Anti-Doping Agency announces decision not to appeal Swiatek decision

POLADA, the Polish Anti-Doping Agency, has announced in a press release that it has decided not to appeal the decision concerning Iga Swiatek.
"The Polish Anti-Doping Agency wishes to inform that after a full review and verification of the entire legal file of the athlete Iga Swiatek, it has decided not to appeal the decision made by the Independent Tennis Integrity Agency in the player's case.
The in-depth analysis carried out by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency's experts has enabled an objective decision to be taken which complies with anti-doping regulations.
We wish to inform you that the World Anti-Doping Agency still has the right to appeal to CAS. WADA has until January 21, 2025 to file a complaint."
