Rolex Paris Masters: Müller, Third Frenchman Qualified for the Second Round
After four consecutive losses, Alexandre Müller found his smile again in Paris. In a great atmosphere, the Alsatian won 6-2, 7-5 against Brandon Nakashima, securing his first victory at the Rolex Paris Masters.
In his second appearance in the main draw of the Rolex Paris Masters, Alexandre Müller shone. The Alsatian, who had been lacking confidence in recent weeks (four defeats in a row), got the better of Brandon Nakashima 6-2, 7-5.
Carried by the electric atmosphere of the 4000 spectators on Court No. 1, Müller thus won his very first match in the Parisian tournament. He will have to wait until tomorrow to learn the name of his next opponent between Félix Auger-Aliassime and Francisco Comesana.
Three Frenchmen are therefore qualified for the second round of the tournament, pending the result of Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard against Grigor Dimitrov.
