Coco Gauff's Australian campaign ended in pain.

Facing Elina Svitolina in the quarterfinals, the American never found her rhythm and fell 6-1, 6-2 in just 59 minutes.

A result that deeply frustrated her to the point of smashing her racket upon leaving the court. A moment captured by cameras and gone viral on social media.

Alexis Ohanian and Serena Williams Step Up

In the face of criticism, Alexis Ohanian, Serena Williams' husband, immediately came to Coco Gauff's defense. For him, this gesture is "simply a reflection of total commitment."

A reaction fully validated by his wife, who added with kindness and humor:

"Well said, Alexis Ohanian. The passion. The dedication. That's all that matters. There's nothing wrong with hating to lose.

Now, Coco, whenever you're ready, I can show you how to demolish it in one swing... Serena-style."

As much as I love watching Alcaraz at his best, I'd love to see Alex taking this, he's such a tryer, and getting married and his humour and humility...

Favoritism?

Last year: Sinner seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 2.

This year: Alcaraz seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 3.

That means: 7 matches in 15 days for Alcaraz, 7 in 13 days for Sinner; and no rest day for Sinner between quarter and semis, 1 full day rest for Alcaraz.

Also, on the first very hot day, the organizers schedule Sinner...

FYI- Ive never bought a single item from any of them after years of using your app, a goal that started as short term but has developed into long term.
