Sinner will return for the Rome Masters 1000. After a three-month absence due to a doping suspension, the Italian knows all eyes will be on him. Additionally, alongside Alcaraz, the 23-year-old is considered by many as one of the successors to the Big 3 players.
In an interview with Tg1, the world No. 1 spoke about these three legends:
"I was lucky enough to get to know Nadal and Djokovic better, a little less so with Federer because I didn’t see him often. He got injured, then retired. I really like Rafa because he’s a fighter, but if you look at the numbers, the best is Nole. We can consider ourselves fortunate to have witnessed that era, but we should also enjoy the present one."
