Sinner overcomes Medvedev to reach final in Turin!

The Italian was again very impressive on Saturday. After conceding the 2nd set in the tie-break, he raised his game in the 3rd set and the Russian was unable to keep pace. He will face either Alcaraz or Djokovic on Sunday.
