L'Italien vient de créer la sensation sur les court chinois et rejoint Medvedev en finale. Dans un gros combat, il s'est montré plus réaliste, surtout dans le 2e set, convertissant au total 5 balles de break sur 8 contre 2 sur 9 pour l'Espagnol.
