Statistics: At just 23 years old, Swiatek begins her 200th week in the WTA Top 10

In Miami, Iga Swiatek has just entered her 200th week in the WTA top 10 rankings.
The Polish player broke into the top 10 at the age of 19 on May 17, 2021, after winning her first WTA 1000 title in Rome.
Following Ashleigh Barty's retirement, she became the first Polish player, male or female, to reach the world No. 1 ranking in singles on April 4, 2022.
Another notable statistic: the 23-year-old has been in the Top 2 every week for the past three years, totaling 159 consecutive weeks.
Swiatek has spent 125 weeks as world No. 1, 33 weeks as world No. 2, and 7 weeks in the No. 4 spot.
If the Polish player defeats Svitolina in the Miami Round of 16, she will tally 21 wins in 2025. That total would surpass Andreeva's for the most wins on the tour, by any woman or man, in 2025.
