A statistic highlighted by the media outlet Olly Tennis on X (formerly Twitter) clearly illustrates the German's current struggles, as he continues chasing his first Grand Slam title.

Zverev holds a dismal record of just five wins against 18 losses when facing top 10 players in major tournaments. His five victories came against Alcaraz (Roland-Garros 2022 and Australian Open 2024), Sinner (US Open 2023), Ruud (Roland-Garros 2024), and Djokovic (Australian Open 2025).

Across all tournaments, the world No. 3 has a negative record against top 10 players, with 55 wins and 71 losses.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
