Carlos Alcaraz had a scare during his first-round match against Sebastian Baez in Tokyo. After a few games played, the Spaniard collapsed to the ground due to an ankle injury.
However, he was able to continue the match and win in two sets, even though he admitted he was still feeling pain.
According to Marca, Alcaraz is still experiencing pain and has decided not to train this Friday and is uncertain for his match against Zizou Bergs this Saturday.
He will decide on the day whether he will step onto the court or not.
