Struff praises Sinner: "You look for a weakness in him, but you don't find one".
Jan-Lennard Struff is a player capable of playing the spoilsport in ATP tournaments.
The 34-year-old German, ranked 42nd in the world, has lost three times this season to Jannik Sinner (Indian Wells, Monte-Carlo and Halle) and spoke highly of the world No. 1, the undisputed boss of the Tour in 2024.
"The player of the year? For me, it's Sinner. He's won two Grand Slams and is an incredible tennis player.
Carlitos (Alcaraz) has also won two Major titles, on which point they're tied in 2024.
But Jannik has also won the Davis Cup and much more. He's almost never lost.
Yes, it's been a magnificent season for him. It's a great rivalry for tennis, both play exceptional matches and that can only be good for tennis.
Jannik is so consistent, he's very strong from the baseline. He hits so hard you can't hold him back.
You look for a weak point in him somehow, but you don't find one," he assured Tennis Head.
