The impressive trophy presented to Nadal at his academy
Last night, Rafael Nadal was honored at his tennis academy with a trophy tailor-made for his entire career.
The trophy, which takes the form of the number 92 (the number of titles he has won during his career), includes mentions of his greatest achievements: 112-3 record at Roland-Garros, 36 Masters 1000, 209 world number 1 weeks, 1080 singles victories, record number of titles won on clay (see photo below).
This latest honour for the Majorcan is yet another reminder of the extent to which he has left his mark on tennis history.
