The last two men's quarterfinals on the schedule: Friday, August 15 program in Cincinnati
After Jannik Sinner and Terence Atmane secured their spots in the semifinals, the other semifinal will be determined later in the evening at the Cincinnati Masters 1000. The last two quarterfinals will take place on Center Court this Friday.
Starting at 9 PM, Andrey Rublev will face Carlos Alcaraz, the 2023 runner-up. So far, the Spaniard leads their head-to-head 3-1, with their most recent meeting occurring in the Wimbledon round of 16 earlier this summer.
The last semifinal spot will be contested between Ben Shelton, who just claimed the title in Toronto, and Alexander Zverev. Shelton, who played his round of 16 match against Jiri Lehecka the day before, will now play his 10th match since July 30 against the world No. 3.
In their previous encounters, the German leads 3-0. The two faced off in the Munich final and the Stuttgart semifinals this year, on two different surfaces, with the same outcome each time.
On the other courts, doubles matches will also take place. Find the full schedule for this Friday at the Ohio-hosted tournament below.
