The Speed Index of the Rolex Paris Masters Significantly Reduced for the 2025 Edition
Players had been saying it, and now it's official: the speed of the courts at the Rolex Paris Masters is considerably lower compared to the previous edition.
In 2024, the courts at Bercy were unusually fast, with a speed index reaching 46.6, compared to 40.3 and 37.1 in recent years.
However, this year, for the edition at La Défense, this index has dropped back down to 35.1, marking a huge difference from last year.
A change that is making some players happy and others unhappy.
