The unique bag made by Babolat before Nadal's retirement
As Rafael Nadal's long-time racquet supplier, Babolat decided to create a personalized bag to mark the Spaniard's final week of competition.
The collaboration between Nadal and Babolat is well known, and for the former world n°1's last dance in an official competition, the brand decided to pay tribute to him in its own way.
On its social networks, Babolat unveiled photos of the bag he'll be carrying with him on the Malaga court tomorrow (see publication below).
It's a very special bag, as it includes details of his prize list (all the tournaments and competitions he's won are included), the number of rackets he's used (1,295 Babolat rackets and 0 broken ones) and the total number of meters of overgrip (16,500 meters) he's been able to apply.
These statistics testify to the longevity of the partnership, which began in 1995, six years before Nadal turned professional.
