The Cervara-Medvedev duo is no more. After eight years of collaboration, the two have decided to part ways by mutual agreement. A situation caused by the Russian's disastrous results this year.

Following this announcement, the French coach wanted to react, notably discussing the consequences of Gilles Simon joining their team in February 2024.

"In the visible domain, things started to decline after Melbourne. But in hindsight, it was perhaps already too late. All attempts at a revival failed because the root causes had taken hold. The energy and structure weakened.

Moreover, the work with Gilles Simon (February 2024-January 2025) caused what I called 'static,' meaning disruptions. Subsequently, we tried to restore things.

However, it was difficult. I would even say it was unsuccessful. At that time, post-Australia after Simon's departure, we tried to rebuild and start from scratch.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
