Aryna Sabalenka will not end 2025 without a Grand Slam after all. The Belarusian managed to win the US Open after losing two finals at the Australian Open and Roland-Garros.

In an interview shared by L’Équipe, she explains why this title is special for her: "Because of the finals earlier this season, this title is different from the others. I feel like I had to overcome so many things to get it.

I deserved to have a Grand Slam this season. So when I stayed on my knees, it was pure emotion because it meant so much to defend this title, to develop such good tennis, and to be able to manage my emotions.

I am very proud of myself.

I propose the following changes to the rules:

1...a walķover will not be a loss. We have no control of player's health. If he or she is entered in a contest we expect them to play.

2...an incomplete match is not a loss. If a player forfeits we pick another match if there are more to choose.

3...this also applies if TT cancels a match. TT will not take hours to decide an outcome.

It's a shame that so many matches are being canceled. TT ,you are destroying your game ,and thereby killing your app. I don't know how many matches others have had canceled , but I'm at 3 and it's only thursday.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Grenier and Hsu at the Kobe tournament? The match was played to completion and on time.
