Three players, including a Frenchman, provisionally suspended for a "major offence".
The Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) has announced the suspension of three players from the professional circuit as part of its anti-corruption program, including Frenchman Jaimee Floyd Angele.
In its statement, the ITIA said it had "provisionally suspended Jaimee Floyd Angele, Anapat Timangkul and Renlong Pang following the possibility of a major breach of the anti-corruption program."
Although the reason is not given, there is a good chance that the three players are suspected of match-fixing.
Jaimee Floyd Angele, who reached 463rd in the world in 2022, had his appeal against suspension rejected on November 25.
