Thursday's program at Roland-Garros: women's semi-finals

This Thursday's program on the clay courts of Roland-Garros includes the two semi-finals of the women's singles draw. At the end of the day, we'll know the identity of the two finalists in this 2024 edition.

From 3:00 pm on Court Philippe Chatrier, Coco Gauff will face the ultimate Parisian challenge. The American will take on Iga Swiatek, world No.1 and two-time title-holder, who has been quietly rehearsing her tennis since her huge battle with Naomi Osaka in the second round (7-6, 1-6, 7-5).

The second semi-final will pit the two surprise guests from the bottom of the draw against each other. Italy's Jasmine Paolini, who defeated Elena Rybakina (6-2, 4-6, 6-4), will face 17-year-old Russian prodigy Mirra Andreeva, who knocked out world No.2 Aryna Sabalenka (6-7, 6-4, 6-4).

Have a great 12th day!
