Tsitsipas reaches the last 16 with authority in Shanghai

Stefanos Tsitsipas seems to be regaining his confidence in China.

Plunged into a rather tricky period of doubt, the Greek has just notched up two satisfying victories to qualify for the last 16 in Shanghai.

After taking his revenge against Kei Nishikori (7-6, 6-4), he confirmed this Tuesday's success by defeating France's Alexandre Muller (6-3, 7-5).

Solid on serve and very aggressive in the exchange, the world number 12 left very little space for an opponent without a solution.

For a place in the quarter-finals, he will face a certain Daniil Medvedev.
