Rest... Sinner style: luxury, warmth, and preparation

After a 2025 season marked by intensity and pressure, Jannik Sinner is finally taking a well-deserved break.

Destination: the United Arab Emirates, where he now has his routines.

As every year, the Italian is unpacking his bags in Dubai, his preferred training base before Christmas.

His activities unfold under the scorching desert sun, between light training sessions, relaxation moments, and star-studded encounters.

Sinner and his passion for Formula 1

It's well known that, along with skiing, motorsport is one of the Italian's great passions.

And it's in Abu Dhabi, where he will attend the final round of the 2026 F1 championship, that he got to meet key figures in the field.

Indeed, in a VIP area of the paddock, Sinner was able to mingle with Fernando Alonso, driver for the Aston Martin team, and Flavio Briatore, a member of the Alpine F1 Team.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi: preseason already underway?

While Sinner is savoring these moments, one thing is certain: work is about to resume soon.

As every year, he will begin his full physical preparation in Dubai, surrounded by his team and a staff well-versed in his needs.

But before diving back into the intensity, the Italian is still enjoying a bit of the magic of these encounters.

As much as I love watching Alcaraz at his best, I'd love to see Alex taking this, he's such a tryer, and getting married and his humour and humility...

Favoritism?

Last year: Sinner seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 2.

This year: Alcaraz seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 3.

That means: 7 matches in 15 days for Alcaraz, 7 in 13 days for Sinner; and no rest day for Sinner between quarter and semis, 1 full day rest for Alcaraz.

Also, on the first very hot day, the organizers schedule Sinner...
