Video - A Challenger player comes close to a serious accident

An unprecedented and dangerous situation took place this Wednesday on the Challenger circuit. During the tournament in Montemar (Spain), a player was involved in an on-court incident from which he escaped without serious injury.
Eric Vanshelboim, a Ukrainian player ranked 422nd in the world, was about to play a quarter-final match in the doubles draw.
As he was setting down his belongings, the umpire's chair fell on top of him, mainly due to the strong wind blowing across the court (see video below).
With a nose and chest wound, he had difficulty breathing and had to forfeit his match.
A rare incident that could have ended much worse.
