Video - Medjedovic's Winning Tweener Lob Against Auger-Aliassime in Mallorca

This Thursday, the ATP 250 tournament in Mallorca moved on to the quarterfinals. After Tallon Griekspoor secured his spot by defeating Gabriel Diallo, the second match of the day featured Hamad Medjedovic against Félix Auger-Aliassime.
After a tight and unpredictable battle that went down to the wire, it was ultimately the Canadian who earned his ticket to the semifinals with a three-set victory (3-6, 6-1, 6-4).
The two players put on a great show, and the Serbian, despite being eliminated, left it all on the court in an attempt to advance. In the second set, with the score tied at one game apiece, Medjedovic produced one of the best points of the week with a stunning winning tweener lob (see below).
Though the shot wasn’t enough to secure his qualification, it will undoubtedly go down as one of the highlights of the 2025 edition of the Spanish tournament. Meanwhile, Auger-Aliassime continues his run and will face Griekspoor for a spot in the final.
