Daniil Medvedev and Arthur Fils faced off in the first round of the Vienna tournament in 2023.

During this match, the Russian executed a surprising shot. After an excellent serve gave him a 'penalty' forehand to play, Medvedev chose to hit a kind of backward smash.

Unfortunately for him, the ball ended up in the net, and both players, probably surprised by the outcome, showed no emotion.

Medvedev ultimately won the match 6-4, 6-2.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
