Wawrinka topples Nakashima!

Wawrinka topples Nakashima!

At 39, Stan Wawrinka isn't quite the player he used to be.

Although not as physically strong as he used to be, and with a very unpredictable level of tennis, the Swiss is still capable of some fine performances.

Faced with an in-form Brandon Nakashima, aged just 23 (16 years apart), the current 217th player in the world played a very accomplished match, winning after just two sets and 1h20 of play (6-4, 6-4).

This impressive performance takes him through to the second round of the ATP 250 in Stockholm, where he will face Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.
