"When I have to call them, there is only one answer," says Darcis about his team
Belgium pulled off a nice move by eliminating France in this Davis Cup Final 8. Questioned after his team's victory, Steve Darcis, captain of the Belgian team, spoke about the Davis Cup culture in his team.
"They all played very well on the court, we saw it, they were all very focused. I just told them that I don't care if we win or lose, all that matters to me is that they give their best, that they fight until the end.
I want to be proud of them, we have a very young team today, with a lot of potential and motivation. When I have to call them to play the Davis Cup, there is only one answer: yes. I think that has been the big change."
