Zverev: "I love Boris Becker".

Le 10/12/2024 à 08h21 par Clément Gehl
Zverev: I love Boris Becker.

Alexander Zverev spoke to Tennis Magazine Germany about his coaches. He declares himself ambitious for 2025 and possibly ready to hire a new coach: "The right person has to be there.

I'm not going to take on just anyone now, just because I or someone else thinks it's right. I've done it, I've tried to work with a lot of people.

But I've found that one person has really helped me a lot. It's David Ferrer."

However, the collaboration didn't last long, as Ferrer didn't want to travel too much. Zverev's father became his coach again.

The German also spoke about Boris Becker: "I love Boris and I think he has an incredible knowledge of tennis.

But I don't know how he travels. That's the only thing that's a question mark about him. Once he's resolved and clarified that, we can talk about it.

We're still in touch with him and we talk often. Now, for Australia, it will remain as it is, and then I'll see."
