Zverev: "Sinner and Alcaraz are better at certain things than I am".
Having qualified for the 2nd final of his career at Paris-Bercy, Alexander Zverev told a press conference that he wanted to improve on his two main rivals for next season.
While he doesn't consider himself to be part of a "Big 3" alongside Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, the current world No.3 (he will become No.2 again on Monday) revealed the aspect of the game where he wants to catch up: "Jannik and Carlos are better at certain things than I am at the moment.
They're extremely aggressive. When they have an easy ball or are in an attacking position, the point ends 90% of the time. Whether it's a winning shot or a direct fault.
That's the level of power with which they hit the ball. I can improve on that aspect and that's what I'm trying to do."
