Zverev worried about his knee: "It hurts".

Zverev worried about his knee: It hurts.

Alexander Zverev is having a very strong Wimbledon tournament. With not a set lost and a very solid qualification for the second week, the world number 4 has every reason to be pleased with himself.

However, since falling in his third-round match (against Norrie, 6-4, 6-4, 7-6), doubt has been hanging over the German's mind. While he was able to pick up and win the match, he did seem a little more troubled on some of his moves.

As he faces Fritz on Monday, Zverev was quite honest on the subject: "It hurts. I'm going to check it out. I'll have an MRI. But personally, I don't think it could be anything too serious, because I still played. Of course, I was limited.

I have the impression of being limited in certain movements. If you break a ligament or something, the meniscus or something like that, I don't think you can continue to play, even the way I did, so...

We'll see what happens. I hope I'll be back on Monday."
