After the last year incident, without a doubt I'll cheer for Sascha. I see many changes in his attitude and mental state on the pitch. Maybe It's still too soon to tell but I always love the strong return from an injury that can destroy your career as a professional... Kudos Sacha, another semi just a year after the tragedy✌️

Novak 23 is a certainty barring any injury. It's almost only a question of who among these two would win more number of games against Novak in the finals.
In last year's fitness and form Zverev could have won a set or two against Djokovic but maybe not this year.
Casper Ruud doesn't even believe he has a chance against Rafa/Novak, so he would already lose in his mind, if he is the finalist before even entering the court. In that sense Zverev is a better finalist

Kachanov and davidovich fokina i would say were better players against Djokovic than Ruud against Djokovic. They had better serve and BH and were a little more agressive than Ruud.

It would be a repeat of the last year scoreline for Ruud at best in the finals

@Darren Alcaraz has himself admitted that the matchup against Djokovic in a GS semifinal created so much anxiety and nerves that led to his whole body getting cramped. So it's not just sheer bad luck and looks like not even 100% physical

Ruud himself almost gave it away that he doesn't stand a chance against Novak in the finals during the oncourt interview. He doesn't have the belief, not the game, hope he can atleast put up a semblance of a fight on Sunday, to make the finals worthwhile to watch
