If Sinner doesn't drop his level and intensity, Alcaraz has no chance, Del Potro live-comments on the Roland-Garros final

As the Roland-Garros final between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz unfolds, Juan Martin del Potro took the opportunity to share his thoughts on the match and discussed the Italian's form.

He stated: "If Jannik doesn’t drop his level and intensity even a little, I don’t see any chance for Carlitos—no matter what he does, it won’t work. No slice, no drop shots, he won’t break the rhythm...

But since I know nothing about tennis, I’ll say no more. I’m going to make myself a mate, bye.

What a daft thing to say. You could just as easily say that if Carlos didn't drop his level at all and didn't make unforced errors then Sinner wouldn't have a chance. But nobody can maintain the highest level constantly for five+ hours.

Miss you Delpo, you were brilliant, had the privilege of watching you on CC Wimbledon from 3 rows back, you took an almighty tumble and hit the side wall but you didn't make a fuss, you just carried on.
